Krystal Ixtapa All Inclusive - Ixtapa (Guerrero)

We had standard room with iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Excellent location in an open grassy area in front of the stage with views of the ocean. Above average and very good breakfast with an omelet station - well worth the money. A real good stay on vacation.

breakfast and lunch are good but not so much in the dinners they need more variety, what I liked more is the attention that we received from a girl called Karina since she took care of us wonderfully in the pool and beach people like her since besides being kind she was very attentive in what we asked.

I honestly didn't like the fact that the bar didn't serve snacks since only drinks were available, what kind of bar doesn't serve snacks? And besides there were minors, I feel that this is not right because there was even a girl sleeping on one of the tables, another thing that makes me very bad is that you do not say at first that throughout the hotel is prohibited smoking, I think that should be put since it is announced, because I respect people who do not smoke and their rules but it is very bad taste that you do not say until you're there and you can not cancel in advance you should warn.

It has a good location and its staff is very friendly and attentive to what is available

In all-inclusive package, buffet meal is very basic, there is no variety of seafood.. open bar drinks, only decent thing is beer, open bar drinks leave a lot to be desired, rum, whiskey, tequila of the lowest quality. Even milk, juices, soft drinks after a first day of drinking leave a rather unpleasant taste in your mouth. If you want to drink a good rum or tequila it costs extra.. In general the hotel is very neglected, nothing to do with their photos. windows are super dirty, they leave trash and staff doesn't pick it up, there is not much cleaning, bathrooms in common areas stink. It lacks maintenance and enlarges its staff of waiters, they do not have service for the bar and you have to go yourself for your own drink both on the beach and in the pool.. There is no smoking area in the whole hotel, only in the beach area. They give you a rule that if you sanction this issue you will be charged $2000 per event, however there are guests who did it and their staff never said anything. :(

Unique hotel, breakfast was hot, favourable location right by many restaurants. Delightful views of the beach and pool from beautifully maintained rooms, attentive employees. Nice bed, clean bathroom. Location just off the Krystal Ixtapa with a group of friends, both ocean and mountains in the back and the center. A lot of food options not too far from the venue.

At Krystal in Ixtapa, I enjoyed the fine ocean views and warm, cute staff. Although the dining options could use variety, the ambiance made up for it. Plenty of activities kept the energy up throughout the day.

The room was a standard ocean view, and the fine sea vistas from the balcony were a highlight. The staff was friendly.

The whole room was cool enough with mostly 2 doubles, a beautiful view and a fridge...

Delicious food. For dinner and lunch there was a Mexican specialties place with always fresh vegetables and rice. Either meat or fish was freshly prepared. Very nice and courteous staff. Great and clean rooms with a great bath and sea views. The bar was open until midnight.

The ocean views from the balcony were fine, and the warm pool provided a perfect relaxation spot. The Moroccan-inspired Bogart Restaurant offered an very nice dining experience with its unique atmosphere.

The food was fantastic, with real mexican flavors that everyone loved. The beachfront was perfect for my kids. They enjoyed the clean, sandy waves. The staff were attentive, and we appreciated the sun loungers right on the beach!

but it did get a little crowded at times.
